KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

Austral Group has began with the recruitment of the position Senior Accounting Analyst, position that will report to the Senior Accountant with a professional and energetic person who can contribute ideas and take on responsibilities to match our growth as the leader in South America educational travel. This position is based in Santiago, Chile and will have the option of remote working.

Main responsabilities of this position are:

• Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Reporting to external accountants for statutory purposes.
• Reconciliation of local books vs statutory accounting.
• Payroll review and recording. Reconciliation of labor balance sheet accounts.
• Monthly taxes review: VAT books, boletas de honorarios. Review of F-29 forms.
• Client accounts closing and journal entries.
• Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts.
• Others administrative related to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Accountant with 5-7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of English: basic-intemediate level.
• Possess strong administrative skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on superior client satisfaction;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, creativity, and a positive attitude;
• An independent worker, able to multitask and work in collaboration while simultaneously managing various pressing deadlines.
